Please read the following terms of service (the "Terms") carefully before using Peter Roberts Studios Services. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Peter Roberts Studios. By proceeding to establish an account and/or use the Services, you agree to be bound to the terms of service stated below. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Customer" or "you") and Peter Roberts Studios. Peter Roberts Studios provides newborn, family, and other photography services and photography products (the "Services") for its Customers. You must be at least 18 years old to provide consent for a photography session. By providing a consent for photography, you agree to be bound by the Terms and to use the Services in compliance with the Terms and any other policies posted on the website. These terms may be modified at any time; it is the responsibility of the Customer to seek out the updated terms on Peter Roberts Studios website. Updated terms are valid from the time they are published on Peter Roberts Studios website.

Payment
You must provide Peter Roberts Studios with accurate billing information in order to successfully process payment including your legal name, email address, billing address, and credit card/billing information. You are responsible for any charges associated with the Services. If you have questions regarding charges associated with the Services, you should contact Peter Roberts Studios by email at peter.robertsjr24@gmail.com. All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within 15 days of the date of the Services. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than 15 days old unless Peter Roberts Studios in its sole and reasonable discretion, decides to make an exception for extenuating circumstances.

Acceptable Use Policy
Prior to purchase,Peter Roberts Studios owns and watermarks the photographic images taken on behalf of its customers. Printing, digital and physical copying, taking screen shots, sharing on social media or attempting to remove Peter Roberts Studios watermark prior to purchase are violations of the Terms and payment for the images will be due immediately. Upon purchase, full printing, copying, and sharing rights to the images will be granted.
